"Robert tuckpointed our chimney and re-built the crown. He matched the existing mortar color exactly. He sprayed sealant over the mortar. The job took about a day and a half.  He erected a scaffold from which to work. The work was done very carefully and professionally. He also tuckpointed a few other cracks he found in the stone facade of our house. He was careful to not damage our gutters, roof, siding, plants or lawn. He cleaned up completely afterwards. 

We were very pleased with the job and recommend him unreservedly. We will recommend him to our neighbors and friends."

"One of my dogs urinated on my couch and they were able to remove the stain the smell and restore my couch to looking new. Even when part of my ceiling collapsed in the middle of him working and I'm running around to ensure he was alright, he was more concerned that it didn't fall on me or the dogs. "We originally did a report on this company when the work was performed. We rated this company all A's. About 6 months after the install, we noticed that a tile was cracked but we did not do anything about it. A year after the install, we called Tip Top Tile back to the house because we notice there were about 10 tiles cracked. He came to the house and very quickly indicated that it was not an installation problem that it was a problem with our tiles. He indicated that they were poor quality. He also stated that there was nothing more he could do. Bob never informed us when he was installing the tiles that they were of poor quality. Actually, he said they were average quality. If he would have indicated that they were poor quality, I would have purchased new tiles. Bob also never made us sign anything indicating that the tiles were poor quality and that he was not responsible if there was a problem down the road. Here we are three and a half years later and approximately 30 - 40 percent of our tiles are cracked.There are jagged edges and we have cut ourselves while cleaning the floor. It is very dangerous and the floor has to be replaced. We contacted other installers and each installer indicated Bob did a poor job because he did not put thin set down before he put the cement board down. Bob cut corners and we are now paying for it. The floor is still shifting due to the heating and cooling and the tiles are cracking. Average price to have my floor ripped up and a new floor installed is approximately 8,000 to 10,000. We contacted an attorney and discussed the case with him. The attorney agreed that corners were cut and that it was the fault of the installer. The only problem is that we only had two years to seek legal action and we were to late. If you use Tip Top Tile, please beware. We will not use him again."

"I was in need of some repairs to ceramic tile, hardwood floor and carpet. They came out and gave an estimate for all three repairs. They were lower than another company. I had cracked tile on my hearth, they came and removed the tile, put cement board down and then installed the tile and put a trim around the edge as it's higher than the previous installation. The hardwood floor we thought we would have to replace 7 boards, but after sanding, it's salvagable without replacing it. The carpet repairs were to some damage areas between rooms. I had pieces of new carpet from the original installation. They put in a new section and then used that part to replace some smaller spots.  All the repairs were done quickly and professionally.  They were very protective of my floors and put carpet padding under their tools.  They cleaned up quickly when done.  I would use them again for repairs or installation.

"These guys did a excellent job of removing old shrubs and basicaly starting over. They dug everything up and replace with top soil and grass seed where needed. They also put a stone under bay window to dress up patio area. If your looking for experts that will take the time to give you Quality and quanity then these are the guys. Call today. "My husband dealt with them and I think everything was fine. We didn't have much issues with it and it was positive. We had an issue with the stone people. We had an issue with the sink, they didn't order the right faucet and we ended up having some trouble with that for quite some time but it was fixed in the end. There's an issue with the sink and the countertops that the owner came out and actually saw it and he wasn't happy with what the employees did so they redid. He made us happy in the end but there was some snags. It looks fine and we were happy. They have to come out and redo it but it would have been done the right way in the first place."
