"From the salesperson to the install team I was 100% satisfied with my entire experience with Five Star Bath Solutions. They took the time to explain the process and make us comfortable with the whole project. They finished everything within the time frame promised and we have had zero issues since. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. They delivered on what they promised. And our new shower bathroom is beautiful!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"JR Bath converted our old tub into a walk in shower. I'm thrilled with our new shower. They finished it in 1 day. Eric the installer was respectful & consulted us so everything was placed for our convenience. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"Great Service. Was able to fit us in quickly to install a new Hot Water Heater."

"In our most hard times, we had no electricity for 2 days, was told it would be another 3 days or more before our electricity would be restored. James came out helped us get our generator connected properly, because we didn't know what we were doing.. he's Awesome!! Thank you James, not mention he also did Plumbing and installing light fixtures, just the best of the best. ð"

"The first shower West Shore Home installed was 2 inches narrower than the tub it replaced, leaving only 27" inside the shower. It was installed in February of 2024 by a team from Indianapolis who was assigned to the Cleveland office for a week. No one from the Cleveland office came during the installation to inspect the work. My follow-up contacts with the Cleveland sales manager were completely unsatisfactory - he claimed that was the correct shower and misrepresented several things to support his claim. Thankfully, when I described the problem in a detailed review to the company the home office responded immediately and arranged for a complete redo to have the correct size shower installed. I am very pleased with the final result. The customer service of the Cleveland sales manager was completely unsatisfactory. If you are going to work with the Cleveland office I highly recommend that you have them show you exactly what size your new shower will be BEFORE you sign the contract. If you want to be extra careful, have them print out the full contract and go over each of the measurements with you to make sure your new shower is what you want. Unbeknownst to me, the Cleveland office was having staffing issues during the time of my first installation. Hopefully these problems will be resolved soon."

"Trevor and John were very professional and did a great job installing a wall oven and Cook top, both of which required cabinet modifications. After they left I found a couple of minor issues I felt needed to be addressed. I contacted their office and John returned early the following day to take care of them. I was very pleased with his response and professional attitude. I would definitely use these people again."

"We hired Desborough Construction to do a major kitchen remodel, which included doing a redesign of the dining room so that it now flows freely to/from the kitchen. We also had Desborough Construction install all new exterior doors and install new flooring in our foyer and guest bathroom as part of the project. John worked closely with us from the initial design throughout the entire construction phase. He was easy to work with, and he was instrumental in helping us turn our ideas into reality. John and his team were everything that one could hope for when contracting a project of this size. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, clean and their attention to detail was second to none. We were extremely pleased with every step of the process, and we are incredibly happy with the final result. We have nothing but praise from everyone who has seen the transformation of our kitchen area. We recommend John and his team with the absolute highest regard. They are simply the best! We are 100% satisfied."
