"I needed a toilet replaced. When I put in the request for service, Spiro returned the call within 2 minutes and provided a quote. He arrived on time and what impressed me was how quick he was. It was only Spiro and he removed my old toilet and installed the new one in 45 minutes. He cleaned up everything and took the old toilet and all the cardboard. I would recommend Spiro to everyone. "He came over and did the rough-in for finishing my basement. Took the time to think about what was the most logical things need for me as a homeowner (access to pipes, shut off valves, hook up locations, etc..) very professional and showed quality work."

"The plumber Joey was a delight. He arrived exactly on time. Pleasant houseguest, cleaned beyond the call of duty, fun conversationalist, and the work (bathroom faucet replacement) was done well, in about an hour. I also appreciated Bob on the phone scheduling the appointment. He called within a minute of my submitting a request for quotes online. Only one other company responded, and rather than give me an answer (like, when, and $how much) there was this rigmarole about getting an estimate out to me tomorrow, and charging extra for any quarter hour past the first hour, and... Very unfriendly. In contrast, Bob at TMS was perfectly friendly and quoted me what I needed to know right then and there."

"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services."
