"As a real estate owner/broker and homeowner. Billy does all of our septic inspections and necessary repairs for my real estate agency and its clients. His thoroughness and attention to detail are outstanding. I am confident when I recommend him to my clients. He has even performed his services on my property, installing a septic tank and fields. The septic tank was under a manicured landscaped area with pavers, stone walls, and steps between my house and garage, with very limited access. He actually built a ramp for the machines to traverse the stone wall to access the site. Removed the old septic tank, installed the new one, and put everything (including plants he had to remove) back in the same place. I can't believe it looked like it never happened. I recommend Billy to everyone I encounter who needs septic or drainage work."

"I had a major plumbing issue in my House. The main waste pipe that connects my shower, toilet, sink and kitchen Broke. It was a 4 inch cast iron pipe that was about 14 feet long. It was accessible by a crawl space under my house. So, I started to call (several) local Plumbing companies. The plumbers who showed up, looked at everything. Then told me I had to rip up my kitchen and Livingroom floor to fix the pipe. (None of the Plumbers wanted to use the crawl space.) One local plumber wanted 200 dollars up front just to show up. Every Plumber gave me very expensive estimates for the work. When I accepted the work offer by one very well known company. The 2 men who showed up refused to do the work then left. It was almost 2 weeks and still no running water at my house. I went to the Home Advisor web site after hearing a radio commercial and searched for Plumbers who specialized in drainage issues. I called the first number that popped up. Joe from JSP Sewer & Drain Cleaning answered. I told him what was going on. He showed up that afternoon to take a look. Joe replaced the pipe the next day! No floors were ripped up. I have his number on speed dial on my cell phone and will recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue If you have Plumbing issue at your house! Leave nothing to chance. Call JSP Sewer & Drain Cleaning."

"Flotechs installed a new tankless heating and water system in my home. All while converting the home from oil to natural gas. The job was very large including the removal of a very large and very old furnace. They took care of every detail and were straight forward with pricing which was beyond fair given the size of the job. The entire team was professional and courteous and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete everything. There was zero stress on my part. The new system is amazing with the hot water on demand and heat in the house works great. Zero issues. And now no large furnace and water tank in the basement has created a ton of extra space for storage. Amazing job by Josh and the entire team at Flotechs. Highly recommended for all heating and AC services needed. Big or small."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs. I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response. After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue. They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house. I even got estimates based on my answers. The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"You never know how a day is going to go. On Sunday 3-23 I flushed the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. What came back was a gurgling noise and some bubbles. After having issues in the past since buying our home two years ago, I suspected the worst.
My wife tried to plunge the toilet with no luck. During the process we noticed water coming out from the bottom of the commode.
, The seal was broken. My wife removed the toilet and we went out to Lowes to get a seal kit and ring. When we came back we noticed the water in the waist pipe was still high. Then we tried to snake the line to no avail. We decided service was needed. It was 6 pm on Sunday. Roto Rooter offered service the next day. We checked Angies List and found All-Ways Sewer and Drain.
I spoke to Mike the owner right away and explained my issue. He stated that he would call me back in 5 minutes. When he called back he stated he would be at our home by 9pm. Mike was very prompt.
Mike first tried to get the sewer cap off the line to no avail. So desperate measures were needed. Mike explained that he will have to get the sewer cap off by hitting it with a hammer. Water came spraying out of the sewer cap hitting the floor and we provided them with some garbage cans. After the water was out of the line Mike attempted to snake out the line with his equipment. After about an hour Mike advised us that it didnt look good but he would update us. Then he tried to open the line with high pressure water. That didn't work either. Mike then put a camera down the line. The sewer line was corroded to the point in which water was barely passing through. The lines would have to be replaced.
Mike explained the price of the service and exactly what he would do. But it would have to be done in the morning. My wife and I went to a relative to sleep due to the smell of sewage in the home. Mike showed up on time the next day and did the whole job in about 5 hours. He even provided us with a new Slop Sink along with installing the toilet in the downstairs bathroom.
The job was well done and his crew even helped with the clean up by shop vacing the basement. The fact that he showed up on a Sunday night and had everything fixed within 24 hours was priceless.
Mike is highly recommended.

"The toilet has been working great for quite some time now. They showed up a little late at the time, but other than that, absolutely no complaints."

"I contacted when about a small section of pipe in my sewer main that was cracked and was leaking water into a closet in my downstairs family room. They come out to look at the job and provide an estimate within a day. It took some follow up to get the actual written job quote/contract but they still were able to get it to me in a fairly timely manner. They were able to schedule me in for that same week. This was great because I didn't want the leak (and sewer gas smell) to linger any longer than necessary. They showed up on time when they said they would. Work was completed in a few hours. It was not an overly complex job but it was still completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Their work was excellent and they left the job site clean. Considering they had to break into a cement block wall and concrete slab to remove the old pipe and re-cement everything, I was very happy that I didn't have to spend hours cleaning. I would definitely work with them again."
