"Ocean Break Remodel started our renovations in the Fall of 2020. Peter and his crew tore down our existing front porch and steps and replaced it with a new construction with trex decking and vinyl railings and posts. Their work was outstanding. Later that Fall they removed our hot tub in our master bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful fully tiled walk in shower. It came out wonderful. They also put down waterproof vinyl flooring in both of our bathrooms. They installed backsplash on the two long walls of our kitchen. Each task - OUTSTANDING work. This past two weeks (June 2021), they painted our utility room, kitchen ad dining room, put new waterproof vinyl flooring in the kitchen and utility room. This past two weeks they also built us a new deck (20' x 25') of gray trex decking with white vinyl railings and posts. Our new deck is fantastic. We are more, more than totally satisfied with Peter of Ocean Break Construction/Remodel. I can not express enough for Peter and his crew. They are a pleasure to work with, they are very punctual, clean and hard working."

"I couldn t have asked for more when hiring Claudio to stain my deck That had new and old pressurize wood from an extension I did a few years ago. I reached out to multiple contractors For estimates and when talking to Claudio I just knew by his professionalism his knowledge on paint and especially staining was superior to the rest, He would pick up my call every time I tried reaching out to him texted back immediately. The job was a two session job so on one day he sent out one of his workers what you have to say came right on time 8 AM in the morning to power-wash the deck, He was there for about four hours and you could tell by his meticulous work that he wasn t rushing the job even though it was just power-washing, The next challenge was waiting a few days for it to dry and as you know this rain wasn t helping but we got a couple of sunny days and Claudio booked for a Saturday to start staining. He arrived at my house promptly at 8 AM to start the project on my 10x24 second story deck. Everything that I researched about staining is exactly what I notice he was doing he made sure to mix or stains into one bucket to confirm a unified color, Also he use a spray gun with a back brush technique which is the best way to get it even color throughout your deck and make sure all the pores in crevices are covered. The project wrapped up around 2 PM. My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome I m glad we picked Claudio for the job. What I didn t mention was he did not ask for any money upfront he specifically said you can pay me when the job is done and you are satisfied with your deck. We was able to pay via credit card which always makes life a little easier. We would definitely be hiring Claudio again from multiple projects at our home. Always good to meet solid people that work hard and that our professional and that I m not trying to rip you off ."

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. I had a deck/porch floor that needed replacing and upon demolition the team found some structural deficiencies that they called to my attention. Having spent many years in the building products business I have a good knowledge of best practices and the remedy Maria and her team recommended were spot on. The deck is more secure now than when first build due to the enhancements that were made! The team was on-time, very efficient in the use of time, and kept the job-site clean and orderly each day. Brenno is an outstanding lead on Maria's team and is not only highly skilled at his craft he has a genuine care for doing things the right way! Capital was on time, fast in completing, professional interactions..checking in often with schedule update, responsive and skilled.
