When they did get in touch with me it was an additional 2 weeks until they could get here which now is pushing this project into December and its snowing. When they did arrive the gentleman that came was a good worker, took care of my sprinkler needs. He is the only reason i gave them 3 stars instead of .5"

No one showed up, but I received a text apologizing and rescheduled via text. Did not show up. I am now attempting to get them back here to schedule a winterization blow-out of the system. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."
