After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. "Very knowledgeable on the tankless water heater he attempted to repair but ultimately manufacturer supplied a brand new unit to us. All went smoothly once new unit was received. Great to have my hot water back!"

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"The team effort was amazing to watch.  Along with the owner, the guys (Anthony and Joey) were impressive with their knowlege as well as answering my questions.  They were eager to answer and still kept busy with their tasks.  It has been a long time since I witnessed employees who not only cared, but worked extremely well together.  Newtown heating and A/C has a lot to be proud to perform in such a professional envoronment.  They are super.

Parts were made on site or in their nearby shop to custom fit the heat exchanger to my current duct work.  I am very happy with the state-of-the-art equipment installed.  I feel very comfortable with my new system and highly recommed contacting them.

The system has been working perfectly.  On 2/10/2014 I called about a message code and service was prompt.  The problem was with my internet service unable to download some new software as a result of the power outages from the recent snow/ice storm.

I am very interested in some additional work for a battery backup for my sump pump.  I am requesting additional information about a full home generator.

Also, they cleaned up after the installation and removed all of the old equipment.

"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."
