"Buyer beware!! DO NOT use Rite Window & Bath Slapdash Installation Faulty shower design, poor workmanship, as well as mismatched and defective Kohler products. The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship. When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, we filed a complaint with Kohler Customer Care. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstalled shower design is better than the original, it is still far from quality workmanship."

They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"

"BG Construction bid on several small jobs in December 2022, aware that work was expected to commence in March, 2023. Contract signed. Deposit required with installments paid on job completion. I would recommend setting â  service completed by dateâ  as part of contract. Jobs finally completed in December, 2023. Most work was sloppily done with little attention to detail and would need to be corrected. Last job with final payment will need to be totally re-done. Called contractor to report poor & incorrect workmanship that he needed to correct. Contractor said he would call back to schedule but now is ignoring my calls. So, contractor â  took the money and ranâ  . Totally unprofessional. I have pictures of his workmanship which confirm his total ineptitude in completing a job that he said he could do. Bill did not listen to me and argued with me, the home owner. I would not recommend this contractor at all."
