I was so impressed with their professionalism, and explained what work was going to be done each day. I know I spent alot of money to have this worked completed and it was worth EVERY CENT. There is no longer any smell and my floors are warmer. The detail work that went into completing this work is EXTREMELY HARD WORK and it is done by hand"
