John, the owner, does the evaluation, tells me what needs to be done, and, once, even told me that the repair was not worthwhile since a replacement clothes washer was more economical. Then he does the repair. And then, after the repair is complete, he checks out the rest of the machine to make sure there is nothing wrong, then allows the machine to operate to make sure the repair is good. I gave him a "good" rating on Punctuality; but, in essence, that really reflects well on Accurate Appliance's commitment to working on a repair until it is done well. If John is a bit late, it only means that he was working **** ** a prior client. He has done that for me so I appreciate it that he will take the time to make sure his work is excellently done.
