"Workers showed up on time (actually early) and began work quickly. Immediately remedied incorrect work performed as a result of a miscommunication without question. Protected my home from damage while work was being performed. Accurately communicated additional work to be performed when problems were discovered. Finished all work in the timeframe promised, cleaned up properly and completed all patchwork to my satisfaction. The owner, Art, is friendly, professional and quoted a fair price. I will definitely recommend REPIPE PRO to my family and friends."

"I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments. Because they were willing to show up at a difficult time it made the weekend nice for everybody and I appreciate that."

"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"They did a good job, and we were pleased."

"

It went well The man gave us a cd explaining how our plumbing works and if there was any work that will need to be completed in the future.

"I have used Reiko plumbing many times in the past.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work. The labor charge was $75/hour.
In the last month they offered to change my garbage disposal for $778.42.  There would not breakdown the cost of labor and replacement parts.  I went to Home Depot and brought a top of the line InSinkErator for $223.00.  I replaced the garbage disposal unit myself in 30 minutes.
I think it unprofessional to not divulge the cost of the replacement parts and their labor costs are unjustified.

"Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times.  We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times.
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.
I love Troy's Logo...It's a big muscle dog with a pipe and a wrench...

Damage Restoration Contractors in Simi Valley CA, Santa Monica CA and nearby towns

"If you are looking for a great general contractor, I know where to send you. Go to Jade Construction & Remodeling, Inc. They were referred to me by my upstairs neighbor in my condominium. I had already met with quite a few contractors and was not comfortable or happy with what I was finding. As soon as I met Isaac, the owner, I had nothing but a positive response. He is an authentic person, his prices are fair, and his team is 100% reliable. There was not one surprise or disappointment. His workers have been with him for decades, and, true to his word, we loved them and felt completely safe and comfortable having them in our home, whether or not we were there. Unfortunately, I had encountered quite a few scummy and/or questionable individuals during my search. Our bathroom is stunning, the workmanship is outstanding, and the whole experience with nothing but positive. Honestly, you need to look no further than https://jade-remodeling.com/."
