"Dennis came out to give me an estimate for carpet cleaning and I found out that he could also do the Satillo tile as well. He spent about an hour explaining how he would clean and answered my questions. Came out the next day to complete the work and even returned the next day to work on one of the dirtier spots on the carpet. Overall everything turned out great, I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking for carpet or tile cleaning."

"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "All I can say is that it that it is my experience that is VERY difficult to get reliable high quality work performed in Tucson and it is never an easy process. As for the work this company performed, I had hired other contractors to get this work done and they charged me money and did the work but the work was either poor quality or the work done did not fix the problem. One guy in Tucson, the original one that I hired to do the outdoor lighting, even contracted with me, took my deposit money, and then called me the day he was to start and told me, sorry I can't do the job and he still has not returned my deposit. So as for the work done by Brooks Restorations, well I have nothing but compliments. the work took longer to perform than estimated, some due to unforeseen issues, but people drive by my house now at night and they think its a resort. My bathroom wall is beautiful, the marble tile matches and the wall is not rotting anymore from the shower water hitting it. And, my flat roof, well the roof is now draining when it rains and the water is not puddling and remaining up on the roof after a rain, which is not good in Tucson. When the home was built, they did not slope the roof correctly and this has always been a problem. Other people I hired just kept coating it and making it worse. It actually took 16 bags of concrete to fix it, when he thought 7 would do it, and he worked on it till it drained properly and then, re-coated it. He even replaced the wood on the roof that had rotted with material that won't rot and which I had paid someone else to replace and they did not. I would HIGHLY recommend this company."

"Both the owners of the company and the woman who is helping me are very polite, punctual and fulfill their service as promised.  I can count on her to be flexible about needs that are immediate and also knowing that the other things will also get done in due time.  I have always felt comfortable being in the house with her (we enjoy each others company actually!).  My previous helper had met with the team and showed them her special way of doing things with the proper tools and products before moving and I have felt the smooth flow of transition which makes such a difference for me. <br /> If we need other services such as the windows cleaned, etc. they have staff to help complete these tasks as well. <br />"

Sam and his crew deep washed our Saltillo tile floors, sealed tiles as needed and put two coats of sealer on the tile. They moved all furniture and replaced when the job was completed.
