"They initially re-plumbed our entire house years ago so we are still under a service contract with them. They do excellent work. We have had no problems with them. They were very professional. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do. "This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.
