"Excellent company! Very easy going in scheduling and doing the job AS SUPPOSED TO BE! They recommended a company for the drywall after the asbestos were removed. However, we said we will shop around. They were fine with the idea. We did go with the company that they recommended, though Synergy workers were punctual, professional, and on task. They have a supervisor who came twice to check on the work performed and the person who verified that no asbestos was present before we would come into the house. "I went on to Angie's List looking for mold remediation. I found this company and they came out and tested for mold. I worked with JC, she used some machines and tested the spore levels for mold. It was very high because there was no ventilation in the bathroom. She recommended some mold remediation. I had another company do some cleaning. They used air scrubbers, but that didn't work. I had them come back out two more times. They do a very thorough job of explaining the work, and they do get back to you. This has been a good experience. I just got the all clean/ all clear and my tenants can move back in."
