"Bob , is such amazing contractor . We had frozen pipes in our laundry room we couldn’t use the washer . I spoke to him about our situation. He came out to fix it in few days later . "I can’t say enough good things about this company. We hired them to do a kitchen renovation. Both Mitch and Bob did an outstanding job in every aspect. They they were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arose unexpectedly. They paid great attention to detail didn’t rush through any of the projects and still finished in a timely manner. They both showed up every day on time and they responded to any phone calls or questions in a timely manner. We have hired many contractors over the years and I honestly can say I would not recommend any of them to my friends or family. However, in this case I would be very happy to recommend both Mitch and Bob to any of my friends or family. It gives me piece of mind to know that on my future projects I won’t have to search for a contractor. I’ll know exactly where to go. 5stars "

"Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."

"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. Personally, they were conscientious, diligent and trustworthy, as well as patient, friendly and kind, including with very curious twin five year olds there several afternoons a week. "

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"
