The Kenmore representative was available 10 days after the date of my call. After comparing multiple companies, their timeline and prices I went with Quick Fix Appliance Services. They sent a representative the next day. The two service men were prompt and fixed my stove within half an hour. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and cleanliness."

He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered.
