"I highly recommend All Phases mechanical for all your HVAC needs. I was having issues with my central AC unit and I placed a call to this company, immediately Carl answered the phone and came out the next day to evaluate. It was determined that I needed a new central AC unit. This was last week during the extremely hot temps we were experiencing(above 90) The whole process from the time I placed the call to Carl to the time the unit was installed by Dylan was only 2 days! I was pleasantly surprised! I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and efficiencies and amazing customer service this company has provided me. I would also like to mention that Dylan the tech that installed my AC unit was amazing, he was very professional, experienced, answered all my questions and was very neat. The executive secretary Susan was also very efficient with any questions and follow up. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!!"

"It went very well! Dylan was knowledgeable about removing our old oil burner that had died, and installing the new heat pump unit! The work was done in a timely fashion and he removed the old heater and cleaned up everything from the new install. He also followed up after a few days to make sure everything was okay, which it was. I would recommend Venture Mechanical to anyone of my friends, and will use them in the future for routine servicing on the system and for any other HVAC needs I may have!"

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

Ryan (the owner) was great to deal with...Eric also came back and installed 2 new dampers, and was great! And dealing with Debbie in the office was a pleasure! "They are really a top notch company: - they responded immediately to the inquiry - they sent Brian, an experienced HVAC solutions salesman. He â got itâ . We have a 1951-built house, with these 3.5â round â spider legâ ducts, heat only. We were told by other companies that those had to be replaced, and the result costed 2.5 x as much! He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor. - we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts - the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. They did not drag out the project. The communication between Brian and them was complete, they understood the various pieces of the scope. - we had a small hiccup in the beginning getting the initial work scheduled, but after that the front office was communicative on when folks would be coming out and completing the project. Not just their own workers but also their subs (electricians in our case, we hired plumber separately). - Iâ m now sitting in central a/c! And no more 15 degree difference walking up to the second floor. I highly recommend ARS from top to bottom. Itâ s been both a pleasure and a relief having them work for us."
