"I am extremely happy with every aspect of the work that we contracted. Essential did everything from electrical to plumbing, brought our condo up to the current decade from about 1970. 1600+ square feet, painted, trimmed, lights replaced, faucets and toilets replaced, dropped ceilings removed, blinds replaced, hardware checked/replaced, old appliances removed (they'll be coordinating installation of new in the near future). Great care was taken every step, videos sent of the completed work every day and the job was done several days sooner than expected. This was a large project and David made it feel very small and did everything he could to reduce stress. His judgement calls dont cost an arm and a leg and he provides an expertise during the review/quoting process that gives you confidence in him, and his abilities. I've had work done to several households very recently and only wish he had been the guy doing the job. A+, best contractor services I have ever experienced, bar none."

"Schoeman Construction remodeled our bathroom 3 years ago. Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. It gave me more counter space, enhanced the kitchen size, and accentuated the entire kitchen. Our kitchen had a small, odd shaped area that we were at a loss on how to adapt to our new kitchen. Abel had exceptional creativity and design skills. He created an eye-catching nook that provided extra counter space and a unique upper shelf with under the shelf lighting. The nook fit perfectly and gave the impression that it was planned in the original design. We were totally pleased with our kitchen and will choose Schoeman Construction for any future remodeling plans. We highly recommend Hennie and sons for your next home remodeling project."

"My experience was less than desirable, I contracted with Integrity to have my pool cage repainted in April 2024, which was done and paid in full, however, there were issues. The entire pool cage was left with a sandpaper type texture (was original smooth). When I brought this up, I was told that it was ‘windy’ and that it was overspray, if that was the case, then why did they paint and not wait for another day that was not windy? Or advise me that was a possibility before painting? They did come back out, spot sand a couple of areas, hand painted those spots and considered the job complete. Most of the pool cage still has the sandpaper texture which prior to painting was completely smooth. An additional issue that I had was that there were parts of the cage that had imperfections that were not addressed (i.e., sand, priming, etc.) which I was told would be done. It appears to just be painted over as one area flaked up the next day. When I pointed them out, they advised that was rust (it is an aluminum cage look up yourself if aluminum rusts). When I addressed my concerns with Integrity, they were dismissive to me and had an excuse for everything as to why/how it was my fault. Which if accurate, then in my opinion they should have brought up these issue(s) prior to painting? Just my experience, I hope that your experience is different, given my experience I would not recommend them."
