"We used Apex years ago at our old house, and they did a great job. Pat, then-owner, was very nice, pleasant, and fair in pricing. His workers did a wonderful job. Fast forward to the present and our current home: started off with a leaky pipe fitting. I called Apex, despite Google listing the business as "permanently closed" - I assure you, it is not! Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call Apex again for any issues with our roof, as I found them incredibly competitive and I love supporting local businesses. "Start to finish a great company to work with. Jeff came out after I called the main office and provided a no-pressure / no-upsell proposal. Jeff helped work with our insurance adjustor to correct errors in the adjustor's estimate for the re-roof. The crew arrived on the scheduled day with everything they needed to do the job. They protected our deck, planters, air conditioner, etc with tarps to prevent damage during the re-roof. The crew had the old roofing stripped-off and replaced with new shingles in less than 8 hours. Clean-up was immaculate. The only way you could tell that they had been there at the end of the day was the beautiful new roofing. Dealing with Veronica in the office was also very pleasant. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience."

I signed the contract on Tuesday, they called me late Wednesday afternoon and told me they would be installing my roof on Thursday. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes.
