"I called this company to jet my sewer line, they did it and damaged my sewer tile in the process...the jetting only lasted 7 months and I called them back, this time they rodded it, at additional cost of 335.00, then sent a camera to check the line, and that is when the damaged was exposed. If you have this company do your work, make them send the camera down the sewer line BEFORE AND AFTER they perform the work because they will deny any damage that they caused. I called this company because of a referral that they were Christians...God sees all!"

"When my hot water heater died on Tuesday afternoon, Joe was a lifesaver being the first contractor to contact me at 10:00 in the evening when most of the contractors didn't even bother calling. Joe explained all the options I had for replacement of the water heater in a very professional manner. The workers were going to be here between 11:00 and 1:00 and they were here promptly at 12:00. Did an excellent job of replacing hot water heater that was in a difficult corner of the basement, even having to move the washer and dryer out of the way. The technicians did a wonderful job and even corrected some piping that was done wrong the last time at no additional charge. Will definitely use them again when the other hot water heater goes out in my duplex"

The entire project lasted about three months, though it likely would have been completed sooner if not for the holiday season. Regardless, everything was strategically planned and executed on time. From a financial standpoint, the payment structure was transparent, with a clear breakdown of what percentage was due and when, based on project milestones. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. Prior to the basement project, we had already taken on a few other home improvements, including painting the interior and closing off a wall to add closet space. We hired another company for that work, but in hindsight, I wish we had discovered American Home Remodeling sooner to handle those projects as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with American Home Remodeling. Their professionalism, organization, and expertise made this project stress-free, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
