"My attic was lacking in insulation and my crawl space was a mess. Reed’s worked and fixed both. Workers were wonderful and polite to answer all my questions I am so thankful for the fact that they came and helped me. I really don’t know what I would have done without their help. I would recommend them to everyone that has these problems. And I have recommended them to friends and family. My electric bill greatly reduced. Thank you so much thank you thank you"

"Alford had waterproofed my basement 2 years ago & I've been very pleased with that project. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. The rep was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, etc. He quoted me a price which was very reasonable but I decided to wait & see...it's been 6 days since last one killed & I still have traps set throughout the house but if I have any further issues, I would not hesitate to call Alford!"

"immediately responded to request for estimate and completed work within 2 weeks. Basement is waterproof and I am very pleased. Downside, request for invoice remains unanswered after several attempts."

"Jason and his crew were very friendly, great communication from start to finish, prompt and completed the project in a timely manner. They also cleaned up after everything was done was immaculate. I was very happy with the overall results."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"The technician that came to my house was very thorough with his examination and questions pertaining to the situation that I was experiencing with my foundation. Gave me a quote before he left my house. I would highly recommend this company."
