"Very professional and good work. Scott McCracken did the work and was timely and efficient. Arrived by 10:30 am, diagnosed the situation, retrieved a replacement water heater, installed and out by 3:30 pm."

"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

At PG Plumbing we have a simple yet powerful reason for starting our plumbing company: to bring a breath of fresh air to the plumbing industry in Fort Wayne and Allen County.\n\nWith the rise of large corporate plumbing conglomerates, we noticed the disappearance of the small, locally-owned plumbing businesses that once thrived in our community. "Everything went great! Luckily when i called him, he wasn't too far from me. He told me when he finished the job he was on, he would be right over, even though he had other jobs scheduled for the day. I recall him saying "you have sewage backing up into your house, I can't have you like that!" He called his other appointment and told them he was going to be late and came and fixed my emergency on his way to the next job. AND he didn't charge any more for it being an emergency call out! Unlike another company we had out in the past, he stayed until we made sure we ran enough water to know that it wasn't going to come back into the house. And he charged less than a company we had come out on home warranty, and was more professional and cleaned up after himself. All in all a GREAT experience, and he will be the first call I make in the future if the need arises!"

"I was at the end of a kitchen remodel when my plumber got called away to work on a project out of state. I found Plumbers Plus on line and they were able to step in and complete the project within my timeline. Mike and team were very responsive and helped me get everything done to keep my cabinet install date. Considering the short notice, I felt their pricing was reasonable. I will definitely consider them for any future plumbing work."

"These guys are nothing but amazing. My water heater failed and began leaking badly on a Tuesday evening. They fit me into their already full schedule the next day. Price was reasonable, no “emergency surcharge” like so many companies charge. In addition the level of hustle and hard work that was exhibited was second to none. I’m going to have them replace my sump pump next. I highly recommend this company."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Nick from PG Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and thorough when I called to have a broken toilet fixed. While he was there, I mentioned that my shower wasn’t getting very hot, and he immediately looked into the plumbing and fixed some of the settings. When checking the shower after making the adjustments, he noticed that the sink faucets were crooked and let me know that he could fix them easily, as well. I’ve also been wanting a reverse osmosis water filter for the whole house, which he said he could do, and even walked me through more affordable alternatives. The price for the reverse osmosis system was far less than I expected, so I ended up going with that. I decided to change the look of the faucets and shower head too, and he helped me understand what options I needed to look for in order to work with our plumbing and will be back to install them all. Everything was so easy and affordable, I will definitely be using PG Plumbing again in the future."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
