Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "Air America was great.  I bought the AC "tune up" offered by Angie's List.  Scheduling was easy, and the technician showed up on time.  He checked everything out, added Freon (or whatever it is now) and pointed out that my thermostat was showing the wrong temperature.  No wonder I could never get the AC down to 75 degrees!
He offered to replace the thermostat (for an additional charge), but luckily I have installed a few thermostats in apartments I have lived in, so I can do it myself.
He was not pushy trying to sell other services that I did not need.  I appreciated that.  I will definitely use them in the future.
