"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

Due to the extent of our project, we were referred to Mike Moller, an able contractor from Fall River,MA. Nice guy who also demo'd and reconstructed our tile kitchen floor, which also was not as simple as we'd hoped. The former homeowners had again made a poor choice and had someone put K. tile over linoleum, with Luon also. Cement floor boards were installed then our beautiful tile floor."

"These guys were just fantastic. They came in and ripped up all of the old tile & luan one day, laid the tile the next and grouted the third day. They were all so responsive and Chris did the actual install. Talk about talent! The corner work he did was fantastic and the grout lines were thin and modern. Andy and Anthony were both super responsive and helpful as well! Mid project, I decided to add another threshold and these guys had no problem with it! They went out and grabbed the material and installed it the same day. They also really stand by their work. When taking the floor trim off, a couple of pieces broke. A lot of contractors would chalk this up to part of the job, but these guys went out and replaced it, no additional charge. I would highly recommend them! They completely transformed our kitchen and the compliments we are getting from family and friends are endless."

"They did an outstanding job !!! The sanding was expert and smooth and flat and they did not leave any divots. They sanded around all the edges including under the baseboard heaters. They had to replace some floorboards because of water damage and they did an excellent job there as well. They stained the floor and applied three coats of polyethylene and used respected quality brands for both. The floors look beautiful !!! This is the third time I have used them. They were very competitively priced. Previously I had used them to put down a complete hardwood floor in my family room. Was just as pleased then. I would recommend them without any reservation.  For the value they provide, they are in my opinion, the best contractor I have ever employed.
