In addition to pictures that were taken of my actual roof before I decided to use their services, unlike the other two companies that I considered, Betho was the only company that did not ask about my marital status! Luis, the owner, was professional and focused only on delivering quality service for a long-lasting roof. I chose them also because they used Owens Corning shingles, which gave me peace of mind and comfort. The crew arrived on time and worked expeditiously for over a day and a half until the job was done. They also cleaned up all nails and materials when they finished their work. Because I was beginning to have a problem with bats and flying squirrels, I then had Betho Construction come back and install galvanized steel ridge protectors on my roof to keep the animals out! That project was done in a professional manner and was completed in half a day. I would use Betho Construction at any time based on the two jobs they have now done for me. I highly recommend this company!"

Despite a contractual 20-year warranty, Sean ignored all my messages and even a police inquiry. His listed ?home and business addresses? are only mailboxes, seemingly to avoid accountability. The project also involved a roof replacement that ended up costing nearly triple a typical price. Midway through, he said my roof plywood was below code, and that I needed major attic reconstruction, including rebuilding all of the roof valleys. The reconstruction turned out to be quite limited. I believe he overcharged by tens of thousands. He first underquoted, then added thousands once work began on the foundation project. Sean is in breach of contract and warranty."

"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
