I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. As always, the technician was friendly, eager to share her knowledge, super careful of our schedules and impact on the condo, appropriately communicative and best of all went above and beyond the call of duty by repairing without additional charge some wiring that had gone astray (costing her an extra half hour on site). Loved her! Boston Standard has not let me down yet -- pretty expensive but so worth it. Completely free of the contractor hassles people are always complaining about.
