He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. "Gwyny, the service provider, is easy to reach by phone and e-mail.  Someone was sent out for an estimate because water was pooling near the side of the house and some sprinkler heads were not firing.  The price was good and she seemed to have a solution to the problem.  I rated punctuality as an "A" even though they had to cancel once.  That was understandable as there was a shut down on the 210 freeway.  We rescheduled and punctuality was not an issue.
Gwyny does have a personality.  I found it refreshing and amusing.  
This is a rental property and the tenants have had no complaints after the work was completed.
