We were scheduled for a Wednesday and they called and asked if they could come two days early in order to get the job done before the weekend. They removed carpeting and installed Luxury plank vinyl downstairs, up the stairs and into the upstairs hall. Finished with proper caulk, 1/4 round and thresholds. They did a thorough cleaning of waste material and made sure we were happy before they left."

"Miguel and his 413 team were the best! He provided a quick quote, followed up on each question we had through the entire process and made good on all promises and expectations. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity.
