They contacted me with a detailed email the night before the start date to let me know when they would be arriving, who would be on the team, exactly what they would be doing, and how long it would take. Wow. It was so refreshing to communicate with professionals who answered all of my questions and actually welcomed them before the project began and during the installation. I had a specialized attic project that required a lot of expertise. I felt very confident in their abilities for the entire length of the project and would highly recommend Mark {father, founder), Gary {initial consultation/evaluation, son), Bill (job foreman, another son), and the whole team at The Climate Chief. In addition, even though their proposal was much more comprehensive than any other, the quote was not only fair but extremely competitive. I feel so strongly about their work ethic that I authorized the company to give my contact info to potential customers. It is so nice to find a trustworthy local business that I can share with others in the community."

Even though they hadn't scheduled for the extra time it would take to fix it they took the time to make everything right by replacing all the damage to make sure that I was happy with the completed work!!!
