He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."
