"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

They contacted me right away.Let me know the steps to take to get the water turned off by the town. they came the following morning.Accessed the problem and gave me a estimate Job was done right and signed up with them for all time. "I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. And I cannot speak highly enough of them , the speedy work and their professionalism. I now have a new plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower.
