Jim got there promptly and provided invaluable advice in obtaining a separate construction contractor (to repair the ceiling) and working with the insurer and adjuster to ensure that all parties were in agreement with the work that was needed and the costs that would be incurred. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great.
