"Sifa and crew did a great job adding a concrete patio, steps, and hot tub pad for my landscape project. They went the extra mile and fixed part of the grading that was missed by another contractor, without charge. Project was easy and communication was great. Thanks again!"

"The timing and quality of the work, the involvement of the owner and his people was all first class and a very high caliber.  He removed the existing driveway, redid the foundation and then reset with along with a sidewalk. The concrete was reinforced with rebar and the finished surface was broomed to give it traction as the driveway is sloped. Then there was a sealer coat applied to it. The back patio changed required the removal of the existing wood decking. The patio is two level and chapped and contoured. The finish is a stamped stone effect. To highlight the stones he colored some with different tints, this he did by hand. Then it was sealed. The entire project was done on an agreed upon time schedule and the overall quality of work is excellent. To say that we are extremely pleased with the final result would be an understatement. Ron handled everything in a very professional and courteous manner and the result is proof that he is a master at his craft."

"Amazing!! Joe is our go to guy for flooring installation. He has done our living room and our outdoor studio space. We had planned to do our basement living room flooring on our own, and once we started the laminate kept popping up. Joe came out that same day, took a look at the concrete and told us it was popping up due to uneven concrete. He went and got leveling compound stuff, leveled it out, installed the underlayment, put in the new laminate all in the same day! Joe is amazing, knowledgeable, affordable and cool! I’ve recommended him and to so many friends and family and he always does flawless work."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in South Jordan, UT

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
