They ran the pipe several times pulling roots out of pipe. Both Mike and Aiden were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. Will use Riley Plumbing the next time I need work done. "

"They were timely and diagnosed the problem accurately but their charge was excessive without an explanation. I paid $1300. I checked the components at Home Depot and it added up to about $500. So they either jacked up the price of goods or charged $800 for a 2 hour service call. I called several times and left messages but they haven't responded. They gave me no itemized invoice. Also the plumber pushed for a cash/check option otherwise using credit would incur a 6.5% premium. That should have been my warning! Disappointed in poor customer service and value, they have lost my business and I will share with all."
