"They did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions before starting the installation of a tankless water heater. Would recommend them to anyone."

"If you need a tankless water heater installed Matt’s your guy. We got a quote from a well known plumbing company that was more than twice what Matt charged us. He was nice, efficient, hard working and most importantly gave us hot water again!"

"Super service! These guys removed my old rusty water heater and put in a brand new one. It works great and the price was great. We couldn’t be any happier."

"Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"Just have to thank Mary and Matt for their fantastic service!!! They helped me fix my water heater so quickly and efficiently!!! Aside from the expert work they performed, they were kind and thoughtful knowing it's hard to go without hot water!! Call them when you need plumbing help!! They are the best!!!"

"Matt was very efficient and professional in his workmanship. The inspector passed the water heater installation with flying colors. The prices quoted for regular and tankless water heaters were fair."

"Plumber arrived on time, we went over possible replacement faucets and he went back to shop to get the model I wanted.  He came back within an hour or so and installed the new faucet.  Unfortunately, he didn't have a length of 3/4" hose with which to flush our the hot water line which is partially clogged with rust, etc., so he was unable to perform that part of the requested service and I still have low hot water pressure in the kitchen.

"I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime. My neighbors all have his business card and we will use Bill Bellas in the future!"
