"Johnathan and his crew David and "Cowboy" really did a fine job of installing our Pergola onto our deck. We are more than pleased of the final project. We like Collazo Home Improvement so much that we intend to schedule another home project with them."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Mr. Doherty tolerated my "stupid questions" about the deck construction with ease. He was receptive to questions, and answered them all easily. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the deck construction. He knows what he's doing."

"Derek and James consistently have done great work for us. This was our third time hiring them (previous: full bathroom remodel and full bathroom/kitchen remodel). We love our new enclosed porch/entryway. It added both curb appeal and functionality to our home. It’s clear that Diorio Builders take pride in their work and truly care about a project’s end result. They communicate often about work progress and next steps. They keep the site incredibly clean and they’re always respectful of our family’s time. We have full trust in them, whether we are staying home during the project work or going away for the weekend. They always seem to go above and beyond- and this project was no exception. We highly recommend."

"Excellent work! Tim was always responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The deck turned out great, and I’m very happy with the finished project. Highly recommend!"

"We loved working with Clod and his team for our kitchen remodel. He listened to everything we asked for and provided expert insight. His quote was fair and he kept to the scope and time we agreed to. The CP team treats your home like it is their home. They truly care about proving you an amazing finished product. Highly recommend"

"T.J installed our new entrance door 2/28/21. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. T.J and Joe did an excellent job from start to finish. We will be replacing our deck at some point and already told T.J. the job is his."

"A BIG thank you to Devyn and Anthony for the work they completed at our home. We were in need of deck replacement and 3-season porch repair as well as some repointed brick and concrete work. Their team was meticulous and efficient. They delivered what they promised and on time (early actually). We highly recommend Threshold Construction and will be sending our friends and family their way!"

"This may be my 3rd or 4th review, I lost track but the job results don't change. Chris and his staff are consummate professionals. He's a busy guy, so you may have to wait a while to get your work done, but he won't lie to you about time, and having the job done right the first time is well worth the wait. I can't say enough good things about his company, and highly reccomend him for any home repairs or remodels. Thank again Chris!!!"
