Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. "Overall, we were pleased with Patio Enc. The positives are that the room looks fantastic, the install crew was great as was the staff back at the office. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues caused by the sales person who was not professional in manner, appearance or follow through that caused our project to get pushed out by a month. Ultimately, they came back and fixed all problems and communication went smoothly. Other than the sales person, Patio Enc. were consumate professionals that truly did a wonderful job of correcting the issue and meeting our timeline. A superior product for a much lower price, too (by nearly half)."

Dan is willing to work with any material you want, though he has deals with certain manufacturers. Dan gave a very straight forward per SqFt price for decking and per linear foot for railings. You know how much you will pay from the very beginning, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Old deck removal and haul-away were inexpensive. Deck framing top notch. Decks Plus was very timely from start to finish. A few small mistakes during the process, like a broken screen when removing the old deck and some cement work cleanup, but VERY minor overall and were corrected after a simple call. If you want a low-stress install, great work, and want to know exactly what you are paying for Decks Plus is the place to go. Highly recommended."
