While looking at the bad decking another problem, broken vent pipes, was discovered. They were able to have a plumber come and repair that before the put the decking down. Once the decking was down the men really started to work. Justine estimated that the job would be done by 6:00P.M. In fact they were finished and ready to leave by 5:30P.M. I was impressed by the efficient way the crew worked. And the cleanup was very good. They had several large magnets to find all of the nails that may have missed their cleanup. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."
