"Flow Rite was out to install a completely new shower back in February time frame. As of mid October we noticed that the shower head was leaking before we even pulled the pin to turn the shower on. They came back out to investigate their work from February and decided the shower valve wasnt working properly. They replaced the valve at no charge since we had just bought one in February from them. 
They have been great to work with each time we have had to use them and would definitely use them again in the future.

"Whoever Nick sends to work at our house has always figured out what needed doing (and not more) and been able to get it done quickly, surely and cleanly. In this case we had just at our water main changed which cause sediment to clog fixtures and kill water pressure. Chris gave us the good news that a replacement fixture and part was all that stood between us and square one----and he fit us in the next day so that we could go out and buy the kitchen faucet we needed."

"This would have gone pretty well except that when John (son of Henry) came to look at the job he told me that they would save and replant the bushes and plants that would have be removed to make their initial hole at the curbside city water connection (about 2'x 6' on surface). This was necessary to allow their underground-pipe installer to reach the depth required. When it came to "replacing" the plants, all they did was dig some holes in what was now a clay surface, pick up the plants with what topsoil balls remained around their roots and put them in the holes, doing little else to properly replant them. I have had to get my landscaper out to finish the job. They did do a very nice job of connecting the new copper water line to the house waterline in the basement and cleaned up well. City inspector checked both ends and was satisfied. Bottom line: if this installation had not had to start in our street-side garden, but maybe just in our lawn, I would have been happier with the results."

"I was very pleased with Trinity Plumbing and Rodney Robbins.  He was in Amelia when I called, but was immediately available to drive to my home within Cincinnati city limits.  He had the necessary part on his truck to fix my toilet.  After finishing up with the float replacement,  I also asked him to check a leaking faucet handle in my basement laundry room.  He gladly looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.  Mr. Robbins was very friendly, informative, and efficient in the use of his time.  I couldn't have been more impressed.  The price was right too.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and plan on calling him again if I have another plumbing issue.

"James was great!  He came out to give us a free estimate which was lower than other estimates we received.  We wanted to buy our own fixtures (shower, vanity, toilet, etc.), so he gave us the price for the installation and finishings (trim, paint, etc.)  He said the job would take about 3 weeks which from start to finish it did, even though they weren't here every day.  As they were working, they figured out that the vanity we chose didn't quite fit right with the plumbing.  He had the idea to take the drawer apart and move the tracks to make it work.  It is perfect.  After a few days of completion, we noticed a couple of things that needed tweaking, and he came back out to fix them, no questions asked and at no additional charge.  Overall, we were very happy with this work, how kind he was, and the finished product! :)

"I needed a few small thing repaired at my home. Jeff showed up right on time and took care of everything quickly."

"Called 5/19/2014 to make an appointment talked with Derick said "he could come by in about 20 minutes" arrived before the 20 minutes were up. Showed him what I had found as I was going to replace our toilet. He looked at the flange and what I thought was the lead drain pipe soldered to the flange. He said " the pipe wasn't soldered to the flange it had been on there so long it just appeared to be". He separated the flange from the pipe told me he would have to go to Lowe's to get a new flange and would be back in about 20 minutes. Before he left we discussed the price for the work being done. When he came back and was installing the new flange we talked about the cost for him to install the toilet while he was here. I had him also install the new toilet. Installed the flange, new toilet and everything is working just fine.

"We've had Dadstasks do a number of projects for us over the past 6 years and they have always been very reliable, friendly, and efficient with the work done well at a reasonable price. We asked them if they could come over quickly to replace a few bathroom tiles that had come off. Not only did they do so quickly, and did nice work with the sealant and wall & trim paint touch-ups too, but they did the work for free. Such a pleasant surprise, which is indicative of the caring they have for their customers."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "Extremely well! I used Jason Griggs and his small but scrappy crew to repaint the interior of a home I sold just prior to purchasing this new home. They did a tremendous job for me then, at a reasonable price, so I enlisted them for this larger, more difficult job. There was wallpaper to be removed and painted over, numerous drywall repairs, caulking, and generally a lot of prep work before the actual painting could begin. They also had to work in two different phases -- prep and paint the rooms that were not being remodeled, and wait for a couple months while other rooms were being remodeled, then come back and prep and paint those rooms. All in all, this spanned a period from October to January. They did their usual outstanding job! I am so happy I was able to secure their services again. Jason is a former engineer who pays keen attention to detail. He really takes pride in doing a high quality, thorough job and will do whatever it takes to walk away with a satisfied customer. He has a great customer service attitude and often agrees when you point a blemish out, saying they will quickly take care of it. He and his crews are very trustworthy. They earned my trust on my first job at the old house -- I let them come and go as they needed, while I was away at work. Same in this case; I allowed them full rein of the house, and did not do anything special to put things away. They really are that trustworthy! It's nice when you feel that trust with a service provider. They do quality work, aren't happy unless you're happy, will do whatever it takes to make you happy, treats your home and belongings with respect, and makes you feel like you're the customer and you come first! I cannot recommend them enough. If I were you and need some painting done, I'd call The Griggs Company. I know I will contact them for all my painting needs in the future."
