The old water heater was a large and expensive unit that served faithfully for 15 years until it sprang a leak while we were out of the country. Casey addressed all my questions via text since calling was a challenge, found a competitive unit since the direct replacement unit was on backorder for 6-8 weeks, and installed the new unit the morning after we returned from Europe. He had to perform a great deal of work with new pipe since the fittings for the new unit were on the opposite side of the original tank, but all of the work was clean and well planned. I can't say enough about his honesty, professionalism, and cleanliness. He was not the lowest bid I received, but his follow-up and resourcefulness in finding a replacement unit for a relatively specialized piece of expensive hardware showed that he understood his business and gave me confidence that it would be done correctly and quickly. Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage.
