"Great installer team.. Good communication, good work and no attempt to sell unnecessary things?. recommend them"

"They did a water heater installation in my house they come in the same day and did the installation"

"They were at my house 1 1/2 hours. They replaced all the pipes. They unclogged the pipes. They didn't up charge. I would recommend them. I put the information on Monday night and they called me right away. He came today early in the morning. They told me the charge a head of time. They were excellent with their prices and work. They charged me less, they said it would be $200 and charged me $185. They unclogged the toilet unexpectedly. I was extraordinarily pleased."

"Great experience with Eddie. He responded fast, kept his word on timing, and got the job done efficiently. After several other plumbers failed to show, I really appreciated his professionalism and fair pricing. Five stars!"

"showed up on time worked till completion but need to level the tank which I thought he would have done. But overall good exsperience."

"I hired IHM to install a water heater with permit. Everything was fine until the inspection, which they FAILED. Henry sent the same technician (Andre) that did the job instead of visiting the property himself. Andre, who obviously wasn't familiar with CODE, then said relayed to Henry that the water heater model I provided wouldn't work there and that I had to buy another water heater, AND that they would charge me a higher amount to go do the job again or I would have to submit a Change of Contractor to the city. Turns out the water heater DOES VERY WELL work there but their lack of knowledge has resulted in nothing but a waste of time. CROOKS!!"

"Arrived home after an extended vacation at the beginning of the long 4th of July weekend at about 6PM. I always turn off the water if we are away more than a week. Upon return I saw that the supply valve had snapped off at the base. So no water whatsoever to the house. This is a heavy duty brass valve that has to be soldered onto a copper line ((not a do it yourself project) I immediately consulted AL and looked for a plumber in my area that I prayed was not already closed for the weekend. Joe Cole picked up the phone although obviously after business hours. I got lucky. He immediately jumped on the the phone to dispatch a technician, who came out that evening. It was not an uncomplicated repair and he ended up working after dark. I can't say enough about this company. My wife and I were already looking for a hotel.

"Excellent work. By Code gave me an estimate to remove and replace my 50 gallon water heater for $1454.00 on Saturday over the phone, then replaced it on Sunday the following day with 2 expert plumbers. They are best and most honest and efficient plumbers in Miami. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for all my plumbing needs."

"YC plumbing did an “Outstanding job with the installation of my new water heater. The plumber was very professional, experienced and got everything done accurately and quickly. I really appreciated how YC plumbing completed everything the very next day after I hired them. Highly recommend!”"
