We reached out at 10 AM, they were over at 1 PM to do an assessment of the situation and estimate and completed the job by 10 AM the next morning. Seeing as this was our rental property, our renters were minimally inconvenienced as well. We were very happy with all of the team on KMD who came to our rescue."

"The SeaBreeze team removed an existing deck, designed and built a new deck, replaced 2 sliders and installed gutters on my 40 year old Cape Cod home. They provided very detailed estimates and timelines, and were competitively priced. Communicating with them during the project was easy. They responded quickly when I had questions and provided clear and accurate updates while the work was in progress. The deck is really solid and looks great. SeaBreeze stands by their work; when a few deck post caps came loose, they fixed them right away. Also, the sliders fit and work perfectly. All in all, they did a very professional job. I'm very satisfied with the results and have engaged them to do additional work for me."
