"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Final bathroom looks excellent. The team was easy to work with and friendly. Work start date was delayed due to damaged shower unit, which was ordered and arrived broken. Once shower stall arrived, work went fairly quickly although there were some pauses. They were really good at the end working through punch list of unfinished items. Our job didn't have some of the details worked out at the beginning so we had to rethink some of it on the fly. The final result is an amazing transformation.

"They did a wonderful job! Jean called within hours of my request on Angies List, came the next day to measure and estimate a price for the wall and floor prep and all tile and grout installation as well as a quote for a custom shower door. The price was very reasonable and he explained the Schluder System products he would use to back the wall tiles and floor for complete waterproofing. We supplied our own tile but he brought everything else. His workers put up the backer board in the shower stall, poured the mud bed in the shower, levelled the bathroom floor and put down cement board in one day. The workers were at our house between 630 and 700am every day and worked til 6pm or later for the time it took to complete the bathroom. They used a laser leveler so the subway tiles in the shower stall are perfectly placed and centered. The bathroom floor and shower stall look amazing. We're so glad Jean and his crew did this project for us. We would hire them again without reservation and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work."

"We had a garage door in the style of a barn door rip off during one of the windy storms in Manomet,Mass and decided to give Angie’s list a try, after selecting three handyman, we decided to go with JJX handyman, he replied the same day we put the ad up, JJX was there within a couple of days to assess the problem, and sent us several photos showing us the problem with the garage doors. He always stayed in contact with us and kept us updated on the work to be done. Between several small snow storms and some illness in the family The job was done a few weeks later which we had no problem with. "I had no heat in the house. After plumber told me there’s electrical problem, I called a few electricians only to be told they could come ten days or two weeks out. Temps are dropping to low 40s and 30s. Desperately I gave Biondich Electric a call and spoke to Mat. As soon as he heard no heat, he rescheduled his other appointments and came to help me in the same afternoon. He was very thorough and thoughtful, even took extra time to explain everything to a novice like me. He got the heat back on in a few hours after rerouting wires and Installing things for extra safety. He even came by once again the next morning to help me diagnose one other plumbing issue. Mat is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His rate is reasonable.
