He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. I highly recommend James for any plumbing needs you may have. He is reasonably priced, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in his craft!"

"I had a broken sewer line. Hired All City Water and Sewer. Val came and explained the work entailed for a line repair and to install a new sewer line. No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized. "Guy and his team, including foreman Al Hayes, were extremely good, the best contractor we have ever worked with. They came immediately, did an excellent job in a very complex cleaning job of a sewer backup in a basement filled with stuff. They did so efficiently, with complete consideration for us and for helping us sort what to keep and not. They removed truckloads of stuff. They left us with a remarkably clean basement with no residue from the back-up and fully sanitized. Their whole crew was courteous, pleasant, respectful and very careful of all our things. Guy was always part of the process and always immediately responsive to calls and questions. He went above and beyond, taking time to advise us on a variety of house issues, which was very helpful.
