Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"We used ACJ , Remodling to replace our roof. Our house is three levels and approximately 2,000 square feet. We required having the existing roof removed down to the furring strips, and replacing it with plywood and shingles. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Very Well! Put deposit down about 3 weeks ago- windows installed yesterday. Window installation- workers were punctual ( a bit early but would have waited if necessary!) and answered all my questions- they were very nice. Four workers- which meant that the house was not drafty for long ( cold weather!) and the removal and installation of windows took about 3 hours ( note: amount of time window holes did not have windows on them was much, much less but did not time it -maybe 10- 20 ? minutes per window is just a guess). The men caulked and did a real cleanup. I was not stressed at all during installation- went smoothly. Windows came with half screen each- which is moveable."
