However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

Unbeknown to my husband and I, we developed a crack in our basement wall.  With the recent rains and thaw, we had water coming in through the crack.  I looked over Angie's List and picked 4 Ever Water Tight due to it's many good reviews.  The owner was going to be in my neighborhood the following day and he scheduled an appointment to come and take a look.  The weather had turned cold again so it was not leaking, but we wanted it fixed before another rain/thaw.  He gave us an estimate and explained the process.  We scheduled the work for the following week.  They were on time and it was fixed and the work area cleaned up like they were never there.  The price and work was exactly as discribed.  Comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty.  What's not to like!!!  We were very happy with the whole process and would call them back in a minute if need be.
