"Excellent. Dave Perrotta, Westbrook Contracting, LLC, was recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I took her advice. Over the past two years, Dave and his crew have done a beautiful job completely renovating my kitchen and adding a small addition to the side of the house, which included a full bath and closet. The painting was excellent and not only did they paint the dining room, but they fixed the doors to my corner built-in hutch, so they actually close and stay shut. I have received many unsolicited compliments on both the inside and outside work and best of all, the house is just so much more comfortable to live in. I asked about putting a few clothes hooks in the small hallway for rainy day weather, and they built me a beautiful clothes rack, which gets so much use! The shower needed a glass door, something I had never purchased before. Dave not only suggested an excellent vendor, but assisted in the selection. Dave is very easy to work with and his crew is not only skilled but I am very comfortable with them in my home. In addition to his crew, I have been impressed with the quality of sub-contractors, vendors, etc., he used. In closing, my grade school neighbor said it best: "the new addition looks like it was always there"."

"Gustavo and his team were phenomenal. The scope of the project evolved a lot after starting yet Gustavo was extremely fair with the pricing and tried his best to stick to the original timeline. His ethics are unmatched and did not deviate at all from his original quote for the initial job. From the day he started, you could tell Gustavo's primary objective was to ensure 100% satisfaction when it comes to quality and value. There was a fair amount of structural work such as removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a complicated support beam. The final result looked like the house was originally built like this. So from the structural elements all the way down to the bathroom tile grouting everything was done with expert precision. Was also amazed to see how tidy his crew kept the house and cleaned up every single day and didn't damage a thing during the 6m renovation. He even helped out with minor things around the house outside of the renovation project which he did with full care. Couldn't recommend Gustavo and his team more. Can never go wrong hiring a great person who gives 100% to deliver."

"Very flexible. Real experience: many contractors if you ask for simple additional favors like can you correct a piece of siding or change a spotlight in a high location while powerwashing? They want try and squeeze another 50 bucks for a 5 min task. You dont win customers this way but Peter Torres was completely amicable along with his crew who were insight. Its the little things that make you save a contractors number down to your phone for the next job. Not the cost."

As an architect, Douglas listened to our ideas and gave us exactly what we wanted while providing us with expert advice on aspects we were unsure about. Douglas is very efficient in everything he does from drawing to filing with the town. What impressed me most about Douglas was his ability to project manage. Supplies and subcontractors were all scheduled far in advance. The project took place in the middle of the winter and there never seemed to be a day wasted. Douglasâ demeanor makes him great to work with. In March of 2020, it seemed as if the world was collapsing around us. Douglas kept a level head and kept the project moving along making sure all inspections happened before towns began to close their offices. Lastly, Douglas was upfront about the additional costs. He explained the problems, showed us the issues and gave us choices when possible about how to proceed.
