He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

The Pergola turned out better than we expected. Alford Homes said it would be finished in a week and it was finished in five days. The people were very professional and punctual. "Three days after presenting me a quote they started work. In my experience that’s unheard of. A 1 Renovation replaced the screen on a screened in porch and they did an excellent job. They arrived at 8:30am and finished by 2:30pm even though winds were fierce and it was cold. If I could I’d give them 6 stars. They’re that good!"
