We heard back from her fairly promptly that we were on her list. In January, she asked for some additional information on dimensions and in early February, we were asked to choose from one of two designs. The final design was ready by the end of March. Along the way, we had to check in every week or two to see how things were going and received repeated promises that she'd be getting to our project soon. We weren't in a huge rush, so didn't push the issue, but it just seemed to take a lot longer than we had expected. Our suspicion was that she received more response from the Big Deal than she could handle in a reasonable time period, which seems unfortunate.
