"Initially came out in Nov 2010 to give an estimate of guttering 4 <br /> separate areas of the cape style with ell home. Requested 4 separate <br /> estimates so we could decide which portions of the overall job to have <br /> done, if we decided against doing all at once. Very accommodating and <br /> gave us what we wanted. They informed us that two areas would be fascia <br /> mounted, while two areas needed shingle straps/brackets. Informed us <br /> that the fascia mounting could happen at that time of year, but it would <br /> be better to wait until warm weather to do the areas which required <br /> lifting the shingles as they would be less brittle in the warmth. <br /> Ultimately we had one small area done immediately, and intended to have <br /> the other 3 areas done the following Summer. However we did not get to <br /> that then. This year when I called them and asked about updating their <br /> original estimate (to reflect the fact that over 18 months had elapsed <br /> since the original estimate had been given) I was informed that they <br /> would honor their original estimate and so I happily scheduled the work. <br /> And we are very pleased with the results. Over all, from first phone contact to final installation, this company is very professional and courteous and accommodating to client requests. The work done was neat and any clean up required was done immediately. I heartily recommend them to anyone in need of gutters. <br /> <br />"
